Danny Gal (39), father to Oren and Itamar. M.A. in Organizational Psychology, and 17 years of experience promoting humaneness in organizations. Specializes in processes of dialog, learning and listening within organizations. Established and leading the non-profit Center for Emerging Futures (CEF) for dialog and joint ventures among Israelis, Palestinians and Internationals. Currently establishing the TEAM Academy for entrepreneurs in collaboration with a Finnish university. Founding member of the Society for Organizational Learning in Israel.

 

 

Eli Hillman (34), married to Iris and father to Noya. B.A. in Behavioral Science. Facilitates groups according to the Foulkes method and mentors managers in leadership development. During the past 8 years has been developing and facilitating Out Door Training (ODT) in organizations. Developed a unique method combining ODT and ‘giving to the community’. Aspires to connect between friends and dreams.

* Asaf Vardi (34), attorney (L.L.M) and BA in Business Administration, promotes collaborative projects between artists and real estate.
  Aspires to develop construction projects that are environment- and community-friendly.
* Yehuda Granas (34), B.A in Behavioral Science, Coordinates and manages rehabilitative projects for people with special needs.
